1. Service Description
Lux Drivers provides private, pre arranged transportation services in Colorado. All trips must be booked in advance. Lux Drivers is not a taxi service, shuttle service, limousine company, or on demand rideshare provider.
2. Booking Requirements
All reservations must be confirmed by the driver. A 25 percent deposit is required to secure a booking. Final payment must be completed before or at the time of pickup. Accepted payment methods are Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.
3. Cancellations and No Shows
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled trip are non refundable. No shows or same day cancellations are charged the 2 hour minimum rate. If a passenger violates any rules outlined in the Liability Waiver and the trip is terminated, all payments are forfeited.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must follow all safety rules, including wearing seatbelts at all times. Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and vaping are not permitted in the vehicle. Passengers must behave respectfully toward the driver and the vehicle.
5. Property and Luggage
Passengers are responsible for their personal items. Lux Drivers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Light and medium luggage or equipment may be transported in the truck bed but is carried at the passenger's own risk.
6. Liability Waiver Requirement
All passengers must sign the Lux Drivers Passenger Liability Waiver and Service Agreement before the start of the trip. By booking a ride, the passenger acknowledges this requirement.
7. Refusal of Service
The driver may refuse or terminate service at any time if safety rules are violated, if a passenger behaves inappropriately, or if conditions are unsafe. No refunds will be issued in these situations.
8. Service Availability
Trip availability is not guaranteed. Lux Drivers may decline a request based on scheduling, distance, weather, or safety conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lux Drivers is not liable for delays, traffic conditions, weather conditions, road closures, or actions of third parties. Lux Drivers is not responsible for damages or losses related to transportation except where required by Colorado law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in Colorado courts.
